Rogues and Moderators color

I've seen that the color for the rogues has changed again, this time is purple
I would like to say that this color could cause confusion because is almost the same as the moderator's one

so i think rogues should have another different color, like green or brown...a colour with a tendency to gray, because that one can see instantly the difference

also i would like to know who took this decision and when, in the chat?
it's not a good place to discuss important things, because i think all the users should know about the ideas or the changes, and often almost everyone are off the chat, so they can't know

I'm sure it's more correct and easy to open a topic to discuss about decision

I agree with this topic.

The deep purple colour of rogues is also very difficult to read now because it doesn't fit with the forum's dark skin. ~ this is my personal opinion of the new change.

I thought the old color too closely resembled the IceWings, so I've been trying to think of a substitute. Something pretty yet definable from the other colors. :/

I'd suggest to try brown. I believe It's very different from other colours.

Thats what I reccomended, and in fact. When i was in the chat with shao I thought he was a mod again, until I scrolled up to reply to a topic. My first reaction.
"These colors are.....too simalar."
So I would reccomend a color change to brown, or something else.

Ya, I did too. I was confused with the colors again. Like Volc and Frost, brown could be a good idea. But since you like the idea of pretty colors Trin, I would suggest like a neon color. Like pink or neon.. something. Razz

I almost mistakened Shao to be mod again, luckily I kept MOI cool, the original white I thought was pretty good as icewings has a blue tint or bold blue to it

White is for inactive members, maybe we could have this grey color for rouges.

The chat is more at fault I say. Revamp the chat from black to gray or something. Maybe even pink. Rogues should be black or white. Any other color is to personal.

I don't like this pink for rogues. We need a more neutral colour.

White would make them look like the inactive members, i was thinking brown would do the job.

brown or white looks good,
also because i think the inactive members do not need a color or anything since they are inactive,
which is the difference with rogues or active member that maybe just do not roleplay
and yes white maybe can cause a bit of confusion with rogues and other members, but
anyway a name will be bold, or subtle since you are just subscribed or active

Whatever color you pick, I think that white or brown will do. As long as they don't look like moderators.

We have a rainbow of group colors. If you think pink doesn't fit with the skin of the site then you should prolly be complaining about some of the other colors as well. Personally I think it looks fine.

I believe rogues are supposed to have a more neutral colour because they don't belong to any tribe and they should represent a neutral state. Pink doesn't represent that. This flash pink would be good for fairies or things that look too much cute, harmless, sweet, graceful and lovable. I believe It isn't the case of dragon rogues. (this is my personal opinion)

Maybe we could have a poll about the colour's group? It looks the debate is about having brown or pink, but we can see also what other users think.
