Open/Visible Chat

The chat was barely noticeable, as you all know, I guess...
and now it's way beter that it's in the top of the forum and not in the bottom

But, I still think it need one more little push to be used with full potential

I think it should be open, a chat visible to everyone, so one can suddenly notice it, who is talking and about what
then it can decide to join it, follow the conversation, or not and go on with the other topics in the forum

because a chat when you need to log in to join is discouraging someway, and I think it's one of the reasons that the chat was barely used, also one could not realize there was a chat and a discussion going on for example, but if it's visible maybe it would imrpove it.

Getting the chat to be open when someone logs in would mean a lot of re-coding....
Yet, it's worth a shot. Supporting Option #1.

Option 1, therefor the chat can be easily be found and used.

Actually I could easily do that. If thats what you peeps want I can do it right away.
