Leadership Styles

So, me and Kaz were talking, and we decided to come up with an idea of having all tribes ruled differently. Like in the book series Wings of Fire, the SeaWings had a SeaWing council, while Scarlet ruled more with an iron boot, and so on.

What do you guys think?

I think each tribe should have different leading styles than the others. Like some tribes could just have one leader, but have a council or advisers helping him/her, while others could have two leaders and no councils or whatever?

Because I was thinking that NightWings would remain with one leader but have advisers helping out.

That's what I'm trying to say, too. It all depends on the person or people leading it. But I'd like for NightWings to have a council and have one leader.

Well I'm not a part of the NightWing tribe but I say go for it.

Sounds pretty good! But what about the other tribes? Probably a stupid idea, mostly because I haven't read Wings Of Fire, I know, I really do suck, but what if one is like a democracy and everyone gets a say? In retrospect, I'm just blabbing.

What about SkyWings? Please do tell

I think we're fine having two leaders for every tribe. We have recently got a poll where the userbase has decided to have this kind of system.

However We can all talk together about having different administrations and promote diversity between tribes. I like and approve this direction.

i disagree the single leaders can decide the form of government. This decision should be taken also with the current active tribe members.

@Akreious: about Skywings, you're one of them. You can suggest the form of government you would like. King/Queen? Two leaders? Single leader? These are some examples.

@Orin: EarthWings would have a leader that is elected democratically in the tribe every three months, for example.

I like Phantom's idea about a leader supported by several advisors for the NightWings.

SeaWings have two leaders, a male exponent and female exponent.

IceWings have two leaders with no distinction of gender.

For FireWings and LightWings... What tribe members suggest?

I agree that we can have a different system for each tribe but
about this there was a poll and the majorty voted that they want two leaders, so this is against the opinion of the users that partecipated.

On my point of view Leader it's a good way to call the "tribe leaders" beside the fact that they are king tyrant leaders etc
(a good queen is a leader for example)

the fact that they are not forced to be mate is very usefull
and also the facft that the tribe is guided by more than one dragon is good in my opinion

A tribe leader should listen to the members, right?
My impression is that the word leader is taken the wrong way, like one is less valuable. That's wrong

Anyway yes to me there can be also different systems, I would like this to be a choice that will make everyone feel comfortable, so it need to be discussed or to be announced before to apply it

So one can be a leader the way it would like to but it should be public and ok

for the lightwing for example i would like the 2 leaders system, with a lieautenant, the wise one, advisors, trakers, healers and guardians

For the Icewings I think we will keep it the way it is. Its working fine, so why change it?
