First topic message reminder :

Solstice was gliding along, alighting down in a calm clearing. She looked around quietly, hoping to find some sort of food. Perhaps she could even meet a few friends along the way. But for now, she stood there, head tilted, eyes pierced, listening.

Solstice finally caught it, gripping it swiftly between her talons and gliding over to meet her friends. She heard something about a prey creature. Setting down the meat, she looked at it, "Um.. I don't know either."

"a bear is a animal that usually lives in caves, there is many species but they usually have big claws and very powerful bites, not for us obviously" Arcke explained about the bear

Solstice looked down at the little frozen animal. "I'm sure if we see one, we can just take it down." She said. It had obviously been a long time since she's been outside, but, of course, she would be able to if she tried.

Solstice looked around then back at the group of Snow and glacier. "Well, none of us have fire powers." She said, looking at Ak, hoping he had fire powers.

"well I have light flame abilities, let me go get tinder" he said ripping off bark from trees and getting branches into a pile then breathing lightly on the pile, small flames visible inside my mouth then the pile starts heating up and soon enough a small fire is built up, although Arcke started coughing from being so close of a proximity to the fire

Solstice backed away from the fire, making a gentle hissing noise. She then crouched down, an ice orb forming around her to keep her uninjured. "Don't let it touch me!" She cried, whimpering. She was absolutely terrified.

"this small of a fire won't hurt a hatchling don't worry, it needs to build up, but if it makes you feel better about here would be the safe line" Arcke said drawing a line in the dirt indicating the safe line which was actually not that far from the fire, then he got up and hooked the moose on a branch above the fire and the moose slowly changed color more quickly as the fire grew as well

Solstice nodded and looked at the line, her orb slowly disappearing with a bit of melted ice remaining. "O-okay... Thanks." She said and sat down exactly where she was, still looking with worried eyes at it.

Arcke unhooked the moose and turned it upside down to cook the top now, then gestured to pass him the bear

"a bear is harder because you have to skin it, or else the entire thing will ignite" he said, his intelligence coming from human society

"I hunted and helped human society hunt and they developed cooking and skinning, I followed their roots" Arcke replied moving the embers around to keep the fire alive

Arcke finished and was now cooking the bear, then he gave a piece of the moose to everyone

"does anyone think we are TOO good of hunters?" Arcke said and thought about it, their bodies are literally made to hunt with their wings and claws and abilities

Solstice reached up and grabbed a small paw full of meat, as she had very limited paw dexterity. She put it in her mouth, eyes wide. "Wow.. eating like humans... this is delicious."

Solstice finished chewing and swallowed, shaking her head. "I mean, it is good, but would a true dragon really be eating like a human?"

Solstice looked at him. "We have dragon chefs? And also, dragons live for thousands of years and we don't die because of food." She argued, narrowing her blue eyes.
