Personality: Blizzard is a kind at heart dragon, but he suffers with being shy. He has a great mind where he can create some of the most creative works with his tools. Being a Vulcan this has given him a chance to show his work to the tribe. With being shy Bliz does get lonely but he trys to interact with the other tribe members.
Interests: Making Armor & Weapons, Snow storms, Ice sculptures.  
Dislikes: Hot weather, Anywhere without ice, Smoke.
Fears: Being Captured and being moved away from his homelands.

General Appearance
Height: 70Ft
Scales: Icy white and dark blue.
Eyes: Piecing Ice Blue
Appearance: Blizzard has quite a common look for an icewing, all around his body he has icy scales both large and small, he also has a spiked back all the way down to his tail. His wings are an icy blue colour whereas his scales are a deeper darker blue. His tail has a tipped end with 3 spikes, the claws are an icy blue following the colour of the wings.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Blizzard using both his Frost blast and he powerful body in fighting situations, but since he is smaller than the average male his frost blast is his most powerful weapon.
Special Abilities: Brilliant mind, Using his knowledge and experience against other dragons, he sees fighting like a game, no a challenge of his wit.  
Weaknesses: Hot temperatures and fire.
Combat Style: When he does have to fight, he uses his wits to find weaknesses and take advantage of them to win a fight, using his frost blast mainly.

Background
History: WIP
RP Sample: Blizzard busy doing his usual work in the icy palace, today was different he needed to repair some damage to the structure after a fight earlier. He used his frost blast to cover the cracks and holes reinforcing the walls.
