Brainstorming about conflict.

First topic message reminder :

After an extended discussion in the chatbox, it has come to my attention that quite a few of the members would like for the current status quo to be broken. I therefore invite everyone to speak out their own mind on the subject. Speak up if you want to, no one's forcing you to remain silent but yourself.

for the sake of clarity. We will use the following rules.

• No critique; This is a brainstorm. We're here to bring forth our own ideas, not tear down those of others. Everyone is encouraged to spew forth whatever crazy shenanigans they can cook up, we can iterate upon the ideas once everyone has had their say.

• Quantity is quality: The whole idea behind a brainstorm is that due to the sheer number of ideas being brought forward by everyone, at lest some of them will be very much viable in the context of the argument being made.

• your imagination is the limit: Please do not feel ashamed of professing some outrageous suggestion or another. Your suggestion of sentient cheese cybrog bunnies from the planet zebes attacking might very well be the best idea anyone has ever had.

Site moderator Cosmos has volunteered to serve as a mediator during this extended brainstorming session, if any arguments arise, please direct them to him instead of derailing this thread with such things.

Has anyone here heard of the reptilians? They were a good idea, but we NEVER use them! I think we should either use them or lose them. Also, maybe we could introduce mythological creatures (besides dragons, wyverns, and ampithires.) to the site. Like the D and D basilisk, or the mythical chicken of doom. (Original basilisk) They don't have to be alts, just pets or added creatures.

got a couple things to add

1. our affiliations have nothing to do with the personality of the site.

2. Why even make a post that you don't want anyone to see. Just put it like on a word document or something and pm it to those who ask for it.

Having a topic where only those you want to see to see it is impossible anyways.

3.Anything that gets requested on here I request Cossy you make a topic on it in the staff discussion.

Soooo, I am confused. Who exactly are you answering these things to? Also when are we going to start talking about this stuffs? I sorta need to know.

@Astral: I understand that, but the rule needs to be revoked. My point still stands. Why have a site dedicated to being creative if you aren't allowed to have your character be their own? Having them needing to be a specific size takes away from their personality. Take CopperHead. Reason I haven't used her yet: I'm witing for the size rule to be revoked, and to change her size. Her being 20 feet long doesn't fit her personality and powers. She was supposed to be small ,but make up for it. If she's the same size as anyone else, why have this awesome power? There'd be no purpose. The rule needs to go, as I see no reason to keep it. It's a pointless rule with no purpose other than limiting freedom and creativity, and keeping the dragons one uniform size. Where's the fun in that?

A way to determine random rpgs from crossovers like having death the kid in pokemon (Rayla x3) If any rpg has a crossover we could put it in a crossovers thing for people who just want crossovers (most likely non-canon to canon) to make them If this is confusing just tell me what to elaborate on

What about a section devoted entirely to arena battles? Like, for fighting topics with another user? These fights won't affect normal dragon rping in any way. They would merely be there for entertainmen. That's pretty much all I've got for now.
