Mentors??

So I've noticed the trainees on this site don't really get trained very much. They don't have anybody to train them! This may have been already talked about, I dunno. But I believe that each trainee should get a mentor. Their OWN mentor, someone who can train them specifically, instead of essentially training themselves as many of the trainees are doing. This doesn't have to go all warriors style, with ceremonies and such, just a simple assignment of a mentor so trainees are actually trainees, not perpetual ones. That's just my two cents.
