Using the forges (Cuda's forges, open to all who don't mind a rude Seawing)

A hammer clanged against a long, thin blade. Barracuda was making, or at least, TRYING, to make a unique blade that was easy to handle and very sharp for the Seawings to use. It wasn't exactly working. Picking it up, she observed the bent blade. With a snarl, she flung it into the door and tried again. Dipping it in the lava located in above-water forge which she used when dragons who couldn't breath underwater visited, she waited a few seconds before pulling it out and looking at it. She liked dark-steel, the mysterious metal she had made her armor out of, but she certainly wasn't giving anything made of dark-steel away, that stuff was hers. Eventually, she took it out, and, satisfied, cooled it in a nearby pool. Then she disappeared back underwater to start hammering it. After a few swings she took a good look at it. It was perfectly designed, with a long, thin blade that was sharp enough to cut through normal steel. She then moved it to a display case. She would make more later. For now she would sketch her latest armor idea.
