Tibelda the Loyal

(Sorry if the colors are hard to see, I'll try to describe them accurately.)

Name: Tibelda
Age: 24 years old
Gender: Female
Personality: Tibelda is a dragon who loves to be around others. She is very social, and she loves hearing and telling jokes. She's a stickler for respect towards elders, and may snap at a younger dragon who is rude to one. She also dislikes hatchlings and doesn't want any of her own. She is still very caring of any and all of her tribemates, and would defend them if trouble ever arose. She strongly believes that Icewings are the best tribe, and may often express her dislike for the Firewings. Tibelda doesn't really care about what others say to or about her, but she will fiercely defend the reputation of any of her friends. She also has a bit of a thing for immensely strong dragons.
Interests:
- Making tunnels in deep snow.
- Being around friendly and funny dragons.
- Relaxing on a stormy day. She likes the sound of thunder.
Dislikes:
- Fire. All fire. Even small sparks.
- Swimming. She was never very good at keeping herself above the water.
- Dragons who are disrespectful to their elders.
- Egotistical dragons.
Fears: Tibelda actually has a fear of fire, since it is something that can so easily hurt her. She fears not being strong enough when she needs to be, and she's also afraid of the unknown. (Lower levels of the ocean, space, the future, ect)

General Appearance
Height: 53 feet
Scales: Main body is light grey-blue with a few places having darker blue stripes, scales lining chest, stomach, and tail are a paler light blue, scales on hands and feet are blended from light grey-blue to a nice turquoise color.
Eyes: Dark blue with flecks of turquoise
Appearance: She has a stocky build, and it a bit more top-heavy than most Icewing dragons. She has horns that resemble ice crystals on her face, and her horns have grown in a jagged fashion. Her face is triangular in shape, much like a poisonous snake's would be. On the tip of her tail is a claw-like thing that can be used to jab her opponents, but it is easily breakable. For the most part, her coloring helps her to blend in nicely with her wintry surroundings. When she lays flat, her darker blue markings can be mistook for another mound of snow.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Tibelda is skilled at close-up combat.
Special Abilities: Tibelda's icy breath can be compared more to snow, as it has few hard crystals flying in it. Instead, it tends to stick to anything it touches in clumps. It can also reach temperatures far below zero (Am I allowed to do that?)
Weaknesses: Fire is her main weakness, but only if it touches her directly. Her thick scales act as a fortress until they are hit with high heat, at which point they soften and allow her to be seriously hurt. She is also a bad aim from a distance so she cannot attack from too far away, even when using her icy breath.
Combat Style: Mixed. She tends to use her icy breath first, and then fight with her talons. She is also a lefty when it comes to using her claws in battle.

Background
History: (I'm feeling very uncreative right now, and can't think of anything good. I'll add one as her character develops.)
RP Sample: Tibelda's grey-blue scales shone in the sunlight as she flew high above the mountaintops of the Icewing territory. Her powerful wings gently pumped her body through the open skies. So far, her patrol had been dull. Nothing out of the ordinary was happening, and she was grateful for it. If truth be told, she'd rather fly for hours than fight some pointless battle over territory that was suited for only the Icewings. She could think of no other kind of dragon that could survive the frigid temperatures of this land, and that pleased her. She was proud to be able to not only survive, but thrive, in such conditions.
Tibelda noticed that she was losing altitude and decided to call it good instead of working to get back up to her previous height. With ease, she lifted one wing and made a wide turn back the way she came.
