I think this is more or less finished but let me know if something needs changing...

Personality: Eira speaks with in a mostly low, monotone voice, if at all. She is very quiet, but she is constantly thinking and is highly intelligent. She often appears aloof, but mostly because she is insecure and deep down, she is fiercely loyal to the tribe and always wants to prove she isn't a burden. She is tenacious and determined and as such makes a great tracker. It helps that she takes great pleasure in the hunt and will never give up once she has chosen her prey, stalking her prey for hours, sometimes days if needs be. She has a habit of sneaking up on others or vanishes without warning, which many find irritating and creepy.

Interests:

Eira enjoys hunting. The more elusive the prey, the better. She actuallly prefers the hunt more than the kill itself. She likes exploring ice caves and being out snow storms, especially at night so she can see the stars.

Dislikes:

Being indoors, sulphur (the smell makes her sick), heat, rats, (anything but rats) rouge dragons and dragons who talk too much- it hurts her sensitive ears.

Fears:

Losing the sight in her other eye, becoming a burden to the tribe.

General Appearance

Height: 38 feet
Scales: A honeycomb of iridescent shades of grey
Eyes: One eye is pale blue, the other completely white.
Appearance: Eira is quite petite for an icewing and her features are soft and elegant. Her wings, horns, barbs and claws look like glass.

Skills and Abilities

Strengths: Eira can move in complete silence. She can retract her claws to enable quieter movement.

Special Abilities:

The iridescence of her scales means she can blend in with the snow and rock and appear almost invisible, but it only works in snow and mountain conditions. Because of her poor eyesight, her hearing and scent have overcompensated.

Weaknesses:
Eira is blind in one eye, which is white, the result of a getting attacked as a hatchling. Though she has developed excellent hearing and scent, loud noises and foul smells are intensified for her.  

Combat Style:

When hunting, Eira likes to slowly cool her victim down until it becomes sleepy, and then strike. When fighting, she will dart back and forth as if retreating and will wait until she can strike her ice breath into the others open mouth, freezing them from the inside, though this doesn't work against other ice dragons.

Background
History: Eira is Icewing born and raised and her parents were guardians.

A rogue dragon attacked her and left her for dead as a hatchling. Though she survived and was healed, her loss of sight meant she was never able to become a guardian like her parents.

RP Sample: The air was clearer at the top of the mountain, and the snow was fresher and softer. Even the blue of the sky seemed brighter. Eira took in a long, deep breath. The scent was stronger in the open air, too. That deep husky smell deer gave off filled her nostrils. She closed her eyes and breathed it in deeply before tilting her head to one side. It wasn't far away now, not too far at all.

I think it seems finished. Just remember to remove WIP from the title if it is indeed finished.
Most members and staff will just ignore it if it has WIP.
