Magical necklaces for leaders! (idea)
Soooo... another idea from yours truly! Yay! The idea is that leaders would get magical necklaces with special abilities. Each leader could harness these abilities, or thieves who stole the necklaces.
Ice Necklace-This necklace grants the wearer immunity to the cold. Emotions that are powerful can decrease the temperature, those that are mild bring it up a little to room temperature. It also gives the user control over ice and increases their powers. Abilities are; the power to form fireballs of cold flame, to summon daggers made of Ice, and to become so shiny that light glares off of you, blinding others.
Fire Necklace-You get immunity to heat while wearing it and the temperature will increase with powerful emotions. Powers are greatly increased. They allow the wearer to set their claws and wings on fire, cause explosions of heat and to summon daggers made of molten lava.
Earth Necklace-Offers immunity to poisons and toxins. Nearby plants bloom and/or become healthier and stronger when the wearer is happy and wilt when the wearer is sad. It gives you the ability to speak to animals, to summon daggers made of acid, and increased physical strength. Powers increase slightly.
Water Necklace-Gives the wearer the ability to breathe underwater. Powerful emotions make the waves in nearby large bodies of water larger. Moderate increase in the power of special abilities. Gives the wearer the ability to ride on-top of the waves and control the speed of the waves, to create (small) whirlpools and to command the currents.
Wind Necklace-Allows the user to survive in high altitudes, rather large increase in powers. The stronger an emotion is, the harder the wind blows. Abilities include being able to shoot electricity from your clawtips, the ability to create small tornadoes and the power to fly even without wings or with damaged wings. (For when your wings are in working condition, you just fly faster.)
Shadow Necklace-Gives the wearer the ability to see in the dark. Special abilities increase somewhat. Shadows seem to get darker the more powerful the wearer's emotions are. Abilities include the power to create dark fog for miles around, to disappear into the shadows/become invisible and to shoot fireballs made out of shadows.
Sun Necklace-Gives the user the ability to withstand bright light. Powers increase moderately. The amount of light will strengthen with stronger emotions. Gives the wearer abilities such as the ability to throw daggers made out of light, the ability to create illusions out of light, to glow brightly, and to shoot blasts of light from your front talons.

Hmmm... well, these things can be stolen by other dragons, and they increase the power of special abilities. They are also a symbol of status.
