Appearance: Blue scales that shimmer like ice in places, fading in from light blue around his underbelly, to dark almost violet blue on his back and at the end of the spikes on his head.
Personality: Quiet and observant, but always willing to share what wisdom and knowledge he can. Very reclusive when anyone brings up the past, and if asked about a previous mate, he growls and walks away. Very protective of young dragons. Believes himself to be the most useless dragon in existence.

Strengths: Excels in aerial combat, especially in cold weather, on ice, or in snow. Lots of physical strength.
Special Powers: Can use ice as a viewing mirror when breathed upon, to see anyone or any place that he wants.
Weaknesses: Any form of fire

History: The Icewings weren't always so peaceful, and Arkhliizaam was alive when the Icewings were still warlike, almost to the same degree as the Firewings. He fought bravely for many years, so much so that he was one of the ten greatest warriors of all time among the Icewings. But then the Firewings began to win more and more, and the number of Icewings was cut in half. His bloodlust gone, he only fought to defend his tribe members until the Firewings were driven back. Ever since, he has sworn to only ever fight in defense of his kin. During the wars, he lost both his parents and brood siblings, driving him into deep despair and hatred of the Firewings. Though he was encouraged, he never sought a mate, for he felt a warrior would make no kind of father.
