Activity, storylines, and plots.

Ehm... so... we seem to be having a drop in rp activity lately. We are currently discussing a plot in a topic made by Cossy, but that keeps dying, coming back to life, and withering again. So, ehh... I figured I would make this to throw plot, roleplay, and other ideas out here that could help with activity. I know this might be an admin job, and I'm sorry for stealing it, but... the gathering died, and though there are 5 rp topics going on, only one is NOT private. I guess, just... throw anything out here, as long as it isn't too weird or inappropriate.
(Interesting and useless note:Overcharge once made a topic similar to this collecting many ideas. It died a bitter death, with no more posts, and is probably in the graveyard by now...)

Story-line:I know that it sounds stupid, ridiculous, and downright impossible, but I think it sounds intresting. It allows for many plots and some dsort of central THING for them to all revolve around. It may prevent inactivity. Maybe. Anyways, can anyone think of ideas for this? Or pelt me with tomatoes, call me an idiot and put a declined stamp on it?

(Again, staff, I'm sorry I stole your job like this without even a warning, but I felt like a discussion might be:
A.Neccesary
B.Fun
C.A creative way to put fourth ideas
D.A way to make peeps a little more involved with and/or bring them back to the site.
E.All of the above

Well once again for the storyline we are trying to come with something with the other staff, but it's a busy period for most of us ><

IDK, I hadn't thought of an exact plot yet. The plan was for other peeps to help me. XD
@Hyruu:I know (For once. XD) But maybe if other peeps come up with ideas, it could help! Maybe... Anyways, some other people here might have good ideas you could use.

Ideas are good! Though we also need to know what we are allowed and not allowed in the storyline.

Ummm...
What if several tribes were somehow taken over, or maybe convinced to join some crazy dude, and they went to war against some other tribes, and then one other person banded the tribes together and defeated the evil peeps? And maybe rouges could join too?

I was thinking of a competition between tribes and rogues for... Not sure for what the reward is yet.
