Personality: Irrun is, in short, very quirky. He tends to collect things and store them in a pouch around his neck, and whatever finds fascinating is put on the walls in his den. Swords, armor, shiny rocks, the like. However, socially he's very quiet. Doesn't speak unless spoken to, or he has something important to say. Around women, he can be nervous, which can cause very humorous things to happen.

Fears:
           A general fear of losing his tribe forever. He knows that the FireWings and IceWings relations are strained, and that causes him to be over-protective of his kin.

General Appearance
Height: 120 feet, and 11 inches.
Scales: Pure white, with amber near his chest.
Eyes: Crimson red.
Appearance: Irrun is a large white dragon, who has ice as armor. This is just something that happens after he finishes swimming, since his core temperature is enough to freeze any water around him, as long as it's in smaller amounts. He has a big, black bag around his neck, made out of leather chord. It's thick and durable, to withstand anything and everything.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Observation. Irrun is able to see, sense, and almost foretell his opponents movements, which help him predict whenever his opponent is about to use an Ability, or skill and such- this also helps him with Key Points. Key Points are weaknesses in a dragon's body/mind/armor set, much like Baldirak's bad leg or Basaka's rage issues.
Special Abilities:  

Wind Storm: When threatened, Irrun's chest grows a bright red. Through this, he gathers Wind energy- which can be used to control air currents, and affect the weather as much as a normal dragon can. Through this, he can also 'Feel' his opponents, the currents and air pressure telling him where his opponent is. This is an access to wind magic.


Weaknesses: High-pitched noises can cause him to lose all sense of direction and concentration, bringing him immense pain. It's a higher pitch than nails on a chalk board, so high it's silent- the Perfect Pitch, much like a Dog Whistle. He also has a small chink at the small of his back, one that can and possibly will kill him, if he's overexposed.
Combat Style: Irrun fights with augmentation on his body, along with what magic he has. This, combined with his Key Point, help him to injure his opponents. Typically he tries to take out the wings and forelegs, before asking them if he can spare their lives. Then, he asks his Queen the same question. She always has the heavy vote.

Personally I see no issues with this application. The character seems like it has a strong basis of substance which can continue to be developed on within RP. Generally the character is well thought out and rather original which is always a grand thing to see. I look forward to seeing the character progression of Fatalis. Approved.

You mention he fights with whatever magic he has. Aside from observation and foretelling, or weather control, what other magic does he use?

Just those and his ice, Sly. Nothing overtly broken- I disprove of that. Everything is avoidable, as his foretelling is only when an opponent goes for it. If faced against, for example, Basaka when enraged.. He couldn't predict, because there would be no fore-thought.
