Spotted! (EW's)

Having already claimed the rogue lands around the NW border, it was time to finish the first step of the plan and conquer the major area that had been vacated by the deaths of the EarthWings. The area was being scouted for detailed descriptions about the area. Where rivers were, hills, tree's, lush forests, everywhere. The scout had reported in half a sun cycle, and would be due in another quarter sun cycle, roughly two to three hours from now. In his latest trip around, not much was of interest. Just a couple of bears, a wolf pack, and lots of birds. The scout was simply on a reconnaissance run, seeing what there was before the more thorough sweep was made. However, something shiny caught her eye off in the distance. Taking a look over her left shoulder, she saw a rogue, a very large one, adorned in armor, flying up high in the sky..... That was no good. Rogues, armoring themselves? It would make a takeover interesting than that of the previous. How was it the rogues were making armor? She would have to find out. Staying low and remaining just above the tree tops, she flew to where the giant armor clad dragon was. The dragoness was tempted to dip below the tree's and spy on the rogue, but that was not her job. And to really spy and get a good observation would require lots of time, time that she did not have planned as she had to report back on schedule. Being smaller and unburdened by heavy armor, she knew she could flee from the giant if need be. If this rogue was preparing to attack the NightWings, or somehow learning of the plan to take the land and preparing a defense, intimidation would work. Thinking of how the rogue would act at the sight of a NightWing observing from the distance made her smirk. She flew towards the armored giant as it began its decent down. As she got closer, she noticed green scales, something interesting for a rogue. Maybe a SillyWing (LW) turning green to try and hide. But that was too large for a LightWing. She would have to keep a safe distance, but definitely get closer to observe the armored dragon.

(I'm gonna have to ask you shut down this topic. It is a form of metagaming as the topic that Baldirak Sapiens Draco was flying around in that armor was private, in our territory, and for EarthWIngs only. Not only did you not post in that topic to prove that your NPC, or yourself, or others witnessed it, I can only assume you read the topic and made it so a NPC saw us. Our territory is located in an area where your NPC would have to deal with other tribes in order to pass along. Dragons are not the only winged creatures in the sky. But here, Eagles ruled, they protected the neutral area, their home. Two Great Eagles spotted the NightWing before it ever came within eyeshot of the EarthWings. Subtly, they signaled the mutant animals of the forest below, who in turn signaled the hidden EarthWing Scouts. The surface tunnels were filled, the ave and waterfall entrances were blocked... All as the NightWing started to make its way there.

Baldirak was in the process of replying to Rahnma and greeting Rhune when he heard wing flaps. Out of habit, he began speaking unusually, in case the Dragon he could hear behind him decided to land. "The armor? It's a bit small for me. Hello, Rhune, nice to see you're finally up. Shall we all go hunting, then?"
