Creating random siblings/mothers

It's about the siblings section in an application. In my opinion, people should not randomly post photos of dragons as their character's siblings/parents/whatever if the account does not exist.

Mother:


Father:


Brother:

Yeah, so what I want to say is that we should not create parents/siblings/whatever unless we intend to create an account that will be their relative/the account already exists, because that way others will not be able to use the photo.

Who knows, they might have wanted to use, say, the first dragon pic in this post after seeing it while browsing through the internet. (let's say "they"'s name is Star)
Star likes the picture and saves it into her computer, and since it's late and she's sleepy, she decides to make an app with the picture the next day.
The next day, she sees an app by (just an example) Moon. And Moon uses Star's picture for her brother; however, there is no account for Moon's brother.
Star cannot use the picture anymore because that way she'll appear as Moon's brother, but both parties do not know each other, and Star does not want to be Moon's brother.

There's the problem here of art theft. It's one thing if you ask, but with that many pictures, I doubt people will. Another point is the fact that people aren't allowed to have the same appearance picture used as another character, for obvious reasons, unless they're twins or something. This could put more pictures out of comission. (Even if all of them are stolen from the artists anyway)

Well, in my opinion, requiring your siblings or parents to be members of the site isn't a good idea. What if you wanted your parent(s) or sibling(s) to be deceased, for example? It would be unnecessary to create an account for a character that would never be used, just so you could be allowed to use a picture. It is unfortunate to spend any amount of time to find a pic for your Dragon, only to find out it is being used by someone else, but it happens sometimes.

What they meant was only giving pictures to people. NPC's not getting pictures.

Well it's just that it makes a lot of place for just a picture of someone that's not going to be used. I guess on that side, let's be clear, those pictures for NPC do not "reserve" the picture for actual characters. I guess we could just say family only needs to be mentioned, so no picture or extensive description
