Second Try for my First Dragon: Icescale the Skywing

Personality: Snowscale can be a little nervous around other dragons sometimes, but that's mostly because he hasn't seen one in a long time. He's shy, too, but when he gets to know someone, he'll be a bit more relaxed. Behind all his shyness, he's a humorous dragon, and is no stranger to sarcasm. Fiercely loyal to his friends, he'll use every ounce of his tiny strength to protect them.
Fears: Nightwings, deep water, and his own past, and fire.
Strengths: Despite being physically weak for a dragon, Snowscale has a cunning mind and an aptitude for being able to escape from capture. He is also a decent hunter, as well as having some stealth skills.
Weaknesses: Extreme cold. Despite his name, he has no connection to the Icewings, and hates cold.

General Appearance
Height: 25 feet
Scales: A snowy white with some sky blue intermixed with it.
Eyes: A soft green.
Appearance: A small dragon, Snowscale is very light and agile as a result. He rarely ,if ever, is seen, but often his striking scales give him away. He is also very scrawny, and is light enough to be carried off easily by another Skywing. Despite the appearance of a hatchling, he is fully grown.

Family: His parents are dead, but he knows that somewhere out there his twin sister Jade is alive.... hopefully.

Hatchlings: Crescylla and three eggs on the way

Skills and Abilities
Special Abilities: He has the ability to sense what his mate is feeling, as a side effect from the Vilidin mindstones.
Combat Style: Fast and acrobatic. He enjoys frustrating his enemies by flitting nimbly around them and slowly wounding them with many small strikes. In a life-or-death grapple, however, he fights furiously, biting and tearing.

Background
History: Although he prefers not to discuss his past, it really shaped him as a dragon. When he hatched, he was alone. Well, with only his brother Falcon and sister Jade. The three went off once to go see if the Nightwings would be willing to help them out with a problem... but instead the thing they needed help from attacked and killed Falcon. Ever since, Snowscale has isolated himself, claiming tht he's just bad luck to everyone around him.
RP Sample: Snowscale sighed. He was alone in his mountain cave, as always. His past was like a barbed net, refusing to let go of him until he hurt so much he couldn't do anything about it. He felt helpless and lonley, wishing fervently for someone, someone he could talk to.

When you say he lives alone, do you mean he just doesn't live in the SkyWing city?

Yes, he lives alone in a cave.

Okay, but he still needs to have a rank if he is a member of the tribe. If you don't want him having any responsibility in the tribe--basically he doesn't do anything to help it's growth, members, or protect it--then he would be a Citizen.
