A Thunderbird, and a Hatchling (Tormaigh, Albino)
Tormaigh's was beating his wings slowly as he flew just outside of one of the small, remaining portions Twilight Imperium. His one goal right now, as a scout for the Twilight Imperium's guardians, was to be sure no monsters approached the band of dragons and lessers, and to warn the others if one did.
He was thankful for one thing right now: Things were quite. And that meant none of those heartless beasts were around. Though there was something else on his mind. It had been weeks since any new dragons or lessers had shown up, and it worried him. We're there really so few left?

Re: A Thunderbird, and a Hatchling (Tormaigh, Albino)
Albino woken up in the cave, to see that the storm
was long gone now. Her scales were glowing dimmer than usually, since that it was early morning.
She gotten up and shaked herself to fully awake. Where was the Thunderbird?, she thought as she walked out of the cave, her eyes trying to adjusted to the sunlight as she climbed dowb the mountain
((Sorry if its not that long))

Re: A Thunderbird, and a Hatchling (Tormaigh, Albino)
((It's ok.))
As Tormaigh flew he saw the a small white dragon walking out of a cave. He slowly flew down, looking at the Albino as he landed. One thing he had now that he didn't last she saw him was a crossing pair of leather straps that held a metal emblem and the word "scout" on his chest.
The Thunderbird let out a small smile as he looked at the hatchling. "Glad to see your still safe." He couldn't explain it, but the large bird had begun to feel a bit protective over the Albino. Maybe it was because she was so young, or what had happened the other night with the humans, but he wasn't quite sure. "Do you need anything kid? Food? Water?"

Albino looked at the Thunderbird, pleased to see him again. What she noticed about him was that now he had a leathery strap on him. She tilited her head a bit, a bit curious.
"Whats that?" she pointed it with her tail. She wasn't hungry yet, since she found some berries in the den. All she was thinking about was that strap on him, and she stood up on her hind legs to get a better view of it, smelling it a bit

Tormaigh smiled as the hatchling looked at the emblem and straps on his chest. He knew it was an odd thing to see, but it was important. ”It’s an emblem that shows other dragons that I am a Scout in the Twilight Imperium.”

Re: A Thunderbird, and a Hatchling (Tormaigh, Albino)
Her ears perked up with excitement. A Thunderbird in the Twilight Imperium? Why, that was amazing. She sat down, looking around. She didnt know of the monsters yet, but she was curious of something else.
She wanted to explore...
With a slight nod, she replied " Can I explore with you?"
She smiled at that, waiting for the Thunderbirds answers

Tormaigh hesitated a moment. He didn’t want Albino to get hurt, but if she was with him, she would have protected. With this in mind, the Thunderbird soon smiled and crouched down. ”Yes you can. My harness should be loose enough for for you for you to slide under. Open your wings where the straps cross, and you should not fall off. And it will probably be better than just hanging on.”

Albino smiled and nodded as she got on, sliding under his harness and spreading her wings, her claws tighted as she was on the Thunderbird. She giggled as she looked up into the sky.
"So where are we going?" Albino, squeezing herself in the harness, looked at the bird. She was really curious, even well she never heard or seen a monster before, but she wanted to find out

Tormaigh smiled as he began to lift off, hearing the little dragon’s question. ”We are going north of here.”
Once they had gotten some altitude, the Thunderbird looked back at Albino. ”Hang on.” He then began to speed up, going as fast as he could with the hatchling on his back.

Her claws dug in his harness and wings as they zoomed through the forests. It felt like a roller coaster, but a bit faster. She never traveled this fast in her life, so it was a first. She could barley keep her wings open due to the speeds.
She looked down, and saw the trees and plants. She even saw one or two lakes. It was pretty earlier, so the sun was still out. Albino felt like she was flying, going as fast as light

Tormaigh smiled as the white hatchling hung on. He liked seeing Albino happy with riding. It was odd. He had started to worry more about the hatchling recently. Did she need a family?
As the pair got close to the destination, Tormaigh slowed, and began to look around.

Albino looked around as well, keeping her patience. She wanted to explore more, but she suppose that she must wait. She moved her head to the side, seeing the dark part of the forest, which made her a bit anxious.
She felt like......if there was another creature there. She then glanced to the left a bit, seeing a shadow. It didnt look like a dragon shadow, since it had small legs and a dog-like body. The shadow slipped away somewhere else, and Albino gotten more worried.....

Re: A Thunderbird, and a Hatchling (Tormaigh, Albino)
Tormaigh could tell that Albino was nervous, and he had just spotted why. He could see the shadow was a dog-like creature moving. It was relatively small, but it still sent a shiver down the the thunderbird's spine. "A Great Wolf pup," he murmured to himself before speeding up.
He looked back at the white hatching, hoping he hadn't just brought her to her own demise. "We have to go, now!" The bird then flew away from the shadow, his eyes darting between the ground and the sky.

Re: A Thunderbird, and a Hatchling (Tormaigh, Albino)
Albino's claws nearly slipped off as the Thunderbird began to speed off. She still held onto him, ducking down into his harness. Some of the Great Wolves looked at the bird as they started to chase him, growling and snarling.
Albino looked back, to see the wolves chasing them.
"There coming!" She cried out, hanging on to the Thundebird's harness as best as she could

Re: A Thunderbird, and a Hatchling (Tormaigh, Albino)
Tormaigh could feel Albino slipping some as he sped up. The bird quickly used his feet to tighten the straps. He may have preferred to keep the harness loose, but feeling the hatchling start to slip got him worried. Even so, he was more worried about the Great Wolves.
Even the Earthwings feared the beasts. 55 ft. tail wolves at the shortest when they were adults. Tormaigh had only seen them from afar, and had never wanted to be within half a mile of the monsters.
As he sped up more, a boulder flew for the flying pair. He only just managed to avoid the attempt to take them down. This was why he never wanted to be this close! The Thunderbird has one option, but he hoped it wouldn’t hurt Albino.
”Albino! Lay your wings flat against me! This may tingle, but if it hurts tell me!” The bird then sent an electronic charge through his whole body, hitting his top speed in a flash. Tormaigh saw cloud cover and flew for it, faster than the wolves could follow.

Albino nodded, looking back before she layed as flat as she could. She felt sparks of electricity go around her, but somehow it just tickles a bit. She felt the two zoom off.
The wolves stopped chasing them, howling to the others wolves before they were gone. Then they started to look around the place, finding the Thunderbirds feather on the ground. Smelling it, they howled, telling the two to never come back

Re: A Thunderbird, and a Hatchling (Tormaigh, Albino)
Tormaigh was happy to see the Great Wolves staying where they were as he slid out of the cloud, but he was happier that little Albino was safe. The scout continued at top speed until he found a mountain, one that he saw nothing on.
Once he landed, the Thunderbird began to pant, honestly forgot about loosening the straps of his harness. His mind was on what would’ve happened if the wolves had caught him and the hatchling? Or what if they found her before he did? Tormaigh began to have another thought enter his mind to, but he needed to think on it some more.

Re: A Thunderbird, and a Hatchling (Tormaigh, Albino)
When the two creatures gotten to their destination, Albino slowly poke her head out of the harness, looking around. She was dizzy in fact, as going that fast made her a bit sick. But she soon got ahold of it.
She managed to get out the harness, stumbling due to her dizzyness. She then layed down, trying to get it to go away. They were pretty far she supposed, and she sighed for relief. Those nasty wolves seemed long gone

Tormaigh look down at the hatchling, placing his wing on the small dragon. ”I am sorry for that, Albino, but Great Wolves are not something to fool with. Not even Baldirak himself would face them alone.” As he said this, the Thunderbird loosened his harness back to what he was comfortable with.

Re: A Thunderbird, and a Hatchling (Tormaigh, Albino)
Her dizzyness was slowly stopping, not knowing who Baldirak was, but she let out a nod anyway. No wonder that the king would face them alone, there were the biggests wolves that she ever seen.
She felt more relief once the Thunderbird lended a wing. Hopefully that she'll never see those terrible canines again, they would tear Albino to shreads

Re: A Thunderbird, and a Hatchling (Tormaigh, Albino)
Tormaigh smiled a bit as Albino seemed to get her balance back. He couldn’t help but think back to wolves. If he had not have come, would they have found her? He had worried about the little hatchling more then ever, and he knew she had no family to watch her. At least not one she had ever met. It got him thinking.
”Pyyrai has changed. Those Great Wolves are not even the start of what is out there. The main cities of the Imperium have been wrecked. But there is somewhere safe.”
The larger falcon then sighed. Was he really about to ask this? Well, here goes nothing. ”If you want me to, I can take you there, and maybe care for you while you are there.”

Re: A Thunderbird, and a Hatchling (Tormaigh, Albino)
Albino looked up at the falcon, listening to his words. She already knew about what happened to Pyyrai, she was born out of the egg once all these terrible things started to happen. She would probably see this disaster for the rest of her life.
Then she heard the Thunderbird ask the young hatchling something, which really surprised her. She didnt even know what to say, so she just smiled and nodded

Tormaigh look down with a smile, giving her a little nuzzle. ”That is good to hear.” The Albino may not have found her family yet, but at least he could give her a home and keep her safe. He then spoke again, looking out a the land around the mountain as he did.
”Are you ready to go, or do you want to stay here a little longer?”
