General Appearance
Height: Roughly Horse-sized.
Scales: Purple hexagonal plates that grow out in such a way that there is no "under" any scale; unbelly, the inside/underside of extremities and neck, and entire lower jaw has a scaleless, leathery, white hide.
Eyes: White sclera, Purple irises, Vertical-slit pupils
Other: Short, blunt, White horns and claws.  Mop of short white hair on top of head.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Relatively small, Moderately Intelligent, Rather innocuous seeming
Special Abilities: Rainbow Repellent.  Argee can exhale a spray that creates a rainbow-y haze in in the area of effect for as long as the breath-weapon is in use with the glint of particulate as some of the substance condensates prematurely.  On contact with a solid surface, it creates a thin layer of multicolored, salt-like crust that acts as an intense irritant.  Getting in the mouth, nose, eyes, or other sensitive/soft tissues is exponentially more painful and can cause permanent damage if not removed soon there after.  The crust can be easily washed off and quickly breaks down in water.  Seawings aren't immune or resistant to the irritant in any way, but are generally better equipped to handle it once encountered.  Output can be dialed down by any amount, but lower outputs risk exposing his own mouth to the irritant.
Weaknesses: Having such a muddled bloodline, Argee entirely lacks the breath-weapons and other racial abilities of his lineages.  A little mentally slow, Unique coloration causes him to stand out in a crowd and otherwise be fairly noticeable
Combat Style: Spray assailant with Rainbow Repellent, then flee.

Background
History: His mother was rather young when Agree hatched, so both of them are being raise by his grandmother (her mother), Yggdrasil.  While Argee hasn’t had a sheltered life, where he once lived was sparcely populated.  Though, that has changed recently, since his whole family has been forced to move to avoid human expansion.  They have yet to find a good permanent location yet and still searching for a good place to settle back down again.
RP Sample:
             I remember the day I first realized mama was blind: I hadn’t ever really looked her in the eyes much since she would always bring head to our level when interacting with us, but one day I got a good look at her eyes and not only were her sclera and irises the same pure, bright, white as her scales and hide, but her horizontal, block-shaped pupils were a dull, desaturated, grey-white.
             I asked her, “Mama; what color am I?”
             “Why, my child?  Can you not see for yourself?”
             She deftly avoided my question with her own, but I was persistent, “I can.  But can you?”
             “I….”  She seemed dumb struck.  Interestingly, her eyes were fixed right on me; like she could see me.
             “No; my child.”  Her eye moved, as if to look away.  “I cannot.”
             I felt awful at that point, so I hugged her massive snout; each nostril larger across than a small human hut.  The rhythm of her breathing seemed oddly soothing.

Going to need divine intervention from either Kelarth(Baldi) or Kayin(Aero) As that is not within the scope of what is possible for any being besides a full god. That aside would have needed more details on why any dragon would agree to help a human seeing as A they don't communicate each others language and B hate each other. Imagine me creating a character and saying their biggest wish was to have a nuke and it was really hard but they got it. It's anti story telling, skipping the process and going straight to the result and no less on a nearly intangible concept.

We got a couple options. Either you can collaborate with Baldi or Aero saying their god helped transform him for whatever reason you guys come up with.

Or

Your character could have come through the portal from another dimension as a human and upon entering this one was transformed into a dragon.

We just need something that works within our established lore.

This is the kind of critique I need if I’m going to improve as a writer. Thank you.

As for the whole human-to-dragon thing: After thinking about it, I feel it better to color within the lines a little more, given my inexperience, and have changed the background information to reflect the more normal origins.
