Unexpected Encounters on the Coasts (Open)
The air was still and the sun was high in the sky with no traces of clouds. It was unnaturally warm in icewing territory this early morning and Cassiopeia felt like being rebellious. Svad was busy, and the curious hatching decided to go for an adventure. As she flew over mountains and snow, the ocean appeared closer and closer, she loved the site of the ocean ever since their family travelled over them in order to relocate.
She dove from the sky and onto the snowy coast, east of her home. It was somewhat of a graceful plummet as the ground very closely approached. The landing was a bit dramatic, with a light "thump," sound made from her body colliding at a quick speed to the ground.
She nonchalantly approached the water, and began drinking from it. She was weary and thirsty, and having fun but a little bit anxious she'd get in trouble, or worse, get hurt.
---
Soulcry, the rogue, was nearby. He was very solemn, but noticed a small silhouette dive from the sky. Soul quickly investigated, leaving his fish in a pile behind him. As he approached, he slowed down presuming the little hatchling was an icewing.
---
"Hello little one, what are you doing out here all alone?" Said Soulcry, "Shouldn't an icewing hatching like yourself be with your parents?"
"Oh," she chuckled in reply, " I'm actually a nightwing," she continued, "my name's Cassiopeia, and you?"
Soulcry hesitated at the sound of the word nightwing. Though he was very pleased to meet this kind, gentle creature. "I am Soulcry," he said confidently.

The Tiny Fury was quite anxious. He woke to find that Astral and Cassiopeia were gone. It wasn't that unusual; they were likely either eating breakfast or doing something outside with the giant. What was his name...? Though it had been some time now since Aerouant and Astral had relocated to this freezing-cold place to live with a bunch of humans, the Hatchling was still a bit fearful. He'd gotten used to the smaller humans: Clementine and Aurelius; the twins were a bit too energetic for his taste; Leo really didn't seem too interested in Aerouant--at least, he didn't try to get the little guy to like him; still the Tiny Fury avoided him. But Clementine and Aurelius always gave him a piece of fish... and that was it. They didn't stick around to see if he would eat it, didn't try to lure him closer. They simply tossed a piece each then Aurelius would walk away with Clementine waddling after him. Aeroaunt actually followed them once, out of curiosity.
But today he was following Cassiopeia. The half-breed demi-goddess child of human father, Svadilfare, and dragon-by-birth-human-by-choice mother, Astral, had left. Why? Aerouant had no idea. But he wasn't going to stay behind. And so when he noticed her missing and failed to find her in the usual places, he ventured outside. He found her scent and followed. Aerouant hated this cold place but flying wouldn't help him much, since Cassiopeia, in her dragon form, was all white and blended into the snow. So he had to walk. As the Tiny Fury trudged through the snow, he called out for the other Hatchling. "Cassi! Where did you go?"

Alerted, Cassiopeia interrupted soulcry with a hesitation and a glance over her shoulders,
"Hold that thought," she insisted.
She pranced a few feet the other direction, concerned she may have heard her name. She was yet again nervous to get in trouble... But today that might be the leadt of her worries.
Soulcry took a few steps towards her direction, slightly concerned. The air felt intuitively dark and ominous despite the warm sky. Soulcry wanted nothing to do with a haunted contious again, so he trailed close by, nor did he want to be deemed responsible by a nightwing for the blood of their offspring, nor did he particularly want to meet her mother if she was nearby,
"Say, Cassiopeia?" said Soul in a brave voice, " You didn't come out here alone did you?"
"Oh, ah, well I thought I did," she hesitatingly replied.
The snow bank was tall and Cassiopeia climbed up it, and shouted into the air, "Aeronaut, was that you???"
Soulcry did not want her to shout, he still felt uneasy...

Aero didn't have to wait long for a response. He could hear Cassiopeia nearby and smell her. He also smelled another dragon. The Tiny Fury bounded through the snow toawrd the sound and smells. "I'm over here!" he shouted. Though Cassiopeia was all white, her eyes were a bright blue that stood out from the snow. He saw them as he came to a snowbank. Aerouant's tail swayed happily. He had found Cassi! He scaled the bank. "Why did you leave? Are you coming back now? Who's that over there?" The Tiny Fury rattled off the questions as he jumped around to keep himself warm.

The hatching fury Cassiopeia was relieved it was not his mother, Soulcry as well. Cassi somewhat tackled Aeronaut elated, and licked their ear, trying to cheer her up. She could tell the other fury was a bit didtressed...
"I was just exploring a bit," she said, "I don't want to leave yet, though," she continued,
"'C'mon meet my friend, she gestured..."
And Soulcry was looking uneasy still, his head darting around seeking and smelling the ground for any dangers, but he'd still slowly approach, not far away, eventually arriving.

Aerouant squeaked as Cassiopeia tackled him and licked his ear. He hated having his ears licked. "Get off!" he yelped as he swatted with his forepaws. When he was finally able to get up, he rolled back onto his paws and sat up. "We're supposed to stay close to Mama." Aerouant, though Celestia was his grandmother, had taken to calling her 'Mama', mostly because she reminded him of Monsoon. "She said so And its freezing out here," the Tiny Fury whined. When Cassi beckoned him to meet the giant dragon nearby, the Tiny Fury was less than pleased. Big dragons scared him. He crouched behind Cassi to use her as a shield--as well as he could being bigger than her. He peered at the adult.

Re: Unexpected Encounters on the Coasts (Open)
It had been years since Gemna had really gone into investigation upon anything. Investigate what? These peculiar creatures that popped up, somehow they seemed to attack the Ice and Sea kingdoms and somehow they were dwindling. These creatures aside from those flaming birds could not withstand the cold not could any swim aside from the serpents, and yet both tribes were somehow dwindling, and it agitated this dragon so! Gemna was a dissident, he was not one for interacting with many dragons, but as guardian he had to interact here and there either with other guardians or outsiders he did not know. Every dragon he met he would write their name and description upon a scroll, drilling their appearance and names into his head.
The Guardian was quite smart actually, he could have became a scribe but then again he chose to live an isolated life in the glaciers, negative temperatures to his comfort remained, and he hunted along the borders where it remained cold but would attack those odd whales with horns. He of course wrote their information down. Gemna was rattled as the kingdom of ice was attacked, and even though their defenses were up somehow dragons were disappearing. Luckily many of these creatures died of the frost, not even those ugly ogres survived the harsh winters.
Gemna glided to a place still cold, but temperatures grew slightly warmer but not enough to make him sick or even nauseated. The snowy land was flat as he flew high over the human settlement, which he did plenty of times. He must have done it so many times they just didn't care, but he didn't wish to pay a visit either, it would only create chaos and Gemna would not want that. The guardian looked down further until seeing... another dragon? Not one he has ever seen though. And he could also see some dot on the ground and cocked his head. He could assume it was some animal or even perhaps another dragon, a hatching.
The Guardian was still guardian of these lands and still had a job to do. So, he flew downward and approached with a graceful glide until softly landing, flapping his wings once stirring the flat snow about the air. He was the only Ice Wyvern of the Ice Kingdom, that and it was rather odd for a Wyvern to be of the ice. Anything is possible he guessed.
"You are upon the Ice Lands of the Ice Wing Kingdom, state your business here." Gemna spoke with a vocal yet soft tone, allowing the arm-like wings support his front. To any other dragons, it looked like Gemna was made of crystals and ice, a perfect sculpture of these lands. To his kind, he is made of ice, heavy plating of it at that matter. Whatever the case, the Wyvern ignored practically every compliment and insult from any dragons- wait, that's a hatchling.
Gemna just now noticed the hatchling, no, hatchlings. One was white and matched the snow perfectly, aside from its blue eyes that seemed to resemble his scales and icy plating. Even if these dragons were living in this land, they were still outsiders, he knew every single dragon that lived in these lands, other species included. It was problem that he did not know this little trio.

Re: Unexpected Encounters on the Coasts (Open)
Paralyzed with fear, Cassiopeia froze in place, having no idea what to do. Soulcry the rogue wyvern, however, casually stepped forth, somewhat relieved it was just a guardian triggering his intuition, or was it?
Nonetheless, Soulcry was getting irritated always being nagged wherever he was with some guardian saying this or that... He loved the coasts of icewing territory. I mean what was so wrong with rogue travelling in the first place?
"Hello there!" Soulcry began his attempt at self justification, "don't mind us, I'm just a harmless rogue," he said with a grin... " And this here is Cassiopeia, my new friend, and here too, apparently, Aeronaut..." he said having heard Cassi state the newcomers name.
"By happenstance, do you feel there are any beasts roaming around?" Asked Soulcry, "not a dragon rather,"
Soulcry was a bit oblivious to the phenomenon of the monster appocalypse though he swore he saw something a while back...

Aerouant was surprised to see Cassiopeia suddenly afraid. After all, she had come out here. Hadn't she known how scary the world is for a Hatchling? The Tiny Fury nudged Cassi with his snout. "Let's go home now," he whined, "Mama will start to worry." Aero looked at the second giant dragon. "I-I was looking for Cassiopeia..."
