Ice  Launching: Cyronic can use selective telekenis to pick up a piece of ice (up to about 100 feet maximum for any dimension) high in the air and launch the piece of ice very long distances (up to about 4 miles while still being able to retain consciousness) with destructive force upon impact. The colder the ice is, the less energy this ability uses. One.use of this ability will (usually) fully tire him out.

About 4 miles, any farther the effort would knock him out and if he launches it far enough it can kill him.
