What do you mean by elements being a weakness? Would he still be in danger of freezing to death if wearing warm clothing? Is he more prone to getting a heat stroke? And blunt force trauma would pretty much be a weakness for any human. How about something a little less obvious, like a mental weakness? Or maybe something more unique to him, regarding his unusual height? What are the effects of the poison arrows? You have ap arrows that can go through stronger hide. What does "ap" stand for and what is the strongest hide the arrows can pierce?

You need to explain what "to a degree" means. Basically, what's the extent of the damage it causes to the plate armor? Does it just dent it, or can it actually puncture it under the right circumstances? What's the severity of the wound it'll cause? And you still didn't remove that he makes and sells clocks from his profession.

Please don't double post. Saying he is stronger than three men combined doesn't say how strong he is. This is why I asked for how much he can lift/carry, so please state how many pounds. Keep in mind that it wouldn't be 1000 or 600 like you were thinking, because he suffers from gigantism, so he'd likely be suffering from a few different health problems. That, and 1000lbs is half a ton. No one can pull half a ton of weight by themselves.

500lbs is still too much. It needs to be reasonable Darvik's gigantism andd people in general. The average soldier could lift around 300. Given Darvik is no longer a soldier and likely suffers from health problems related to his condition, I'd say a reasonable weight would be no more 200lbs. I mentioned this before, but what are the effects of his poison arrows?

The bleeding from the ears and eyes would be the result of hemorrhaging, which would come from the poison itself, not necessarily the ingredients used to make it.
