Name: Seraphina Opalis
Alias: Seraphina or Opalis

Personality: Seraphina Opalis is a very young dragonet. Unlike most hatchlings, she does not like to play. She is scared of most things. She will argue with you if you tell her something she thinks is wrong. She is short tempered, and fearful of almost everything. She can not roar. Instead, she makes a yipping sound (Much like that of a small dog).

Strengths: She is sly, and quick footed. She is very fast. She also has spikes on her tail as extra defense.
Weaknesses: She is not strong at all. This puts her at a huge disadvantage to bigger, bulkier dragons. She is also very thin. She is always very weak.

General Appearance
Height: 11 feet tall/18 feet long/10 foot wingspan.
Scales: Lovely hues of light blues and dark blues.
Eyes: Black.
Appearance: She has no weapons or accessories. She has spikes on her tail. She has white horns going down half of her neck. The underside of her wings have pretty patterns.

Skills and Abilities
Normal Abilities: She has gills, so she can breathe water. She can not breathe salt water and can only survive for 45 minutes underwater. She is also a good (But not as good as a pure Seawing) swimmer. She also has electricity, but not as much as a purebred Skywing. This electrocution is moderately strong, but not the best.
Special Abilities: She can shoot the spikes off of her tail. If they hit, and puncture the opposing dragon (or other species), it will electrocute the target. This electrocution is a little stronger than her normal attack because most of her power is focused into the spikes that electrocute. They regrow after 3 posts. Can be used every 6 posts (Recharging electricity).
Combat Style: She is a hatchling, and alone in the forest.

Background
History: An egg was left in a forest. It hatched to reveal beautiful, blue, feathery scales. This was a curious dragon, and wanted to wander to see what she could find. She came across a beautiful, purple flower. She chose to sniff it. Vines curled around her nose, and traveled down her body. Her scales turned into purple fur, and got an extra pair of legs. The flower covered her wings over, and the blossom moved to the end of her tail. Now as Hydrangea, she remembers nothing about her former self. Even when the flower it removed, she still has almost no idea of what happened before the flower latched onto her.

How strong is the electrocution? How long can she breathe underwater? And when you say she has electricity, does this mean she has lightning breath?

Since she can't breathe salt water, you should add to her weaknesses that she can't swim in the ocean. 45mins is a rather long time for a Hatchling to be able to be underwater, even one with SeaWing heritage. Maybe bring it down to 10mins for now. In strengths you say she is very fast? How fast can she fly? Keep her age and SkyWing inheritance in mind. How many spikes can she shoot at once/in total? What is her normal electric attack? Lightning breath or some of kind of lightning based attack? You also forgot to add a link to your character list.
