Searching and Planning (Open, Humans)

Soshi was a short ways outside Kakos. It may've seemed a weird place to start something she was doing, but it was only the location of one of the things she'd planned. A new cave formed, magic lighting it's opening, but deep inside pitch darkness. At the back of this dark space, an obsidian-like gem formed in the shape of a serpent, and given a little more than looks. It would take someone determined to reach it, and she'd make sure whoever found it wasn't some maniac. The darkness in the cave wasn't just some shadow, and she hoped someone innocent would take refuge there, finding her little gift, and learning more from what she left in the cave itself. Either way, she'd start walking away. Looking around the old Nightwing territory, for once not afraid of some dragon finding her. She'd only just started this long task, but it would be worth it in the end.

The goddess would then lift up more earth, forming an opal griffin gem and focusing. This was one she hoped to hand to someone she'd met personally. Might take her awhile to reach there though. Eh, she'd make do, as usual. It wasn't the only reason she was out here anyway. The chance at this human champion intrigued her, and if she could tell when others like Incus were nearby, she would hopefully be able to know who it was. Still, she pocketed the new gem, slowly going through the rough territory with here disguise/trader wagon.

Elara was flying near Kakos, having been looking for a good spot to practice her ability. Her father had told her and her siblings that Kakos was full of the most awful people. So, if she practiced nearby and a few happened to get squished, that wouldn't be so bad... right? On the other hand, he'd said killing unnecessarily was wrong. It was all very confusing. The hybrid teen flew up high into the air to look around. Not seeing any humans--or dragons--in the immediate area, she decided to begin practicing. "All right, meteors. Avoid people this time! I mean..." Elara paused and looked around for a moment, as if she thought her mother were in earshot, "...unless there's a really bad one around. Then you can squish 'em." The patterns on Elara's body glowed brighter as she tapped into her magical pool, into the little bit that came from her mother--the super awesome space magic. She summoned a cluster of 20 meteors and when they arrived, directed them to the ground below. Most of them began to break into smaller pieces as they gained velocity. A couple went straight for Kakos. "Whoops..." But what caught Elara's attention was the sudden appearance of a human moving by cart. She hadn't noticed them before! And why were they going so slow? Didn't humans have... meteors-are-falling-from-the-sky-and-about-to-squish-you senses or something? At least a nifty little move faster ability?? As she folded her wings to dive and try to get to the human tortoise first, Elara suddenly was very, very happy that she wasn't a full human. It seemed like that would be the worst thing to be ever.

Soshi looked around carefully. She was still near Kakos after.... What was that sound? She looked up to see... were those meteors?! Headed for her and Kakos no less. Had one of the other gods finally decided to not like her? Either way, it was time for a show. She jumped off the cart, using her powers to quickly create a large earthen barrier, adding a layer of water to the outside in hopes that it would stop them. All she had to do was reinforce it right? Just stop them where they were. She braced, feeling the impact seeming go through her as she held tight to halt the space... rocks! Soshi tried to focus on reducing the meteors to sand, if she could at least, as they hit the barrier more before it was over. Soshi took a breath, returning to where it sat originally before looking around. She seemed to get a twing of something. Something somewhat familiar.

Fire danced slightly in her hair as she looked around, hoping to quickly find who did this to give them a piece of her mind! If they were a dragon Soshi would make sure they got a piece of her mind, normal or, if her guess was right, godly. She looked around, half tempted to form her earth made dragon "form" that was more a massive puppet than a true alternate form.

"Is someone there? I'm not quite ready to believe that was coincidence yet." She kept looking, hoping to spy someone around. In a way it might help her case if someone saw it, but then again it'd be difficult to explain.
