Personality: Azrael isn't like most Ice dragons. This once peaceful and calm dragon has turned colder than Antarctica after losing his one and only friend. He is very hateful towards humans and he even finds it difficult to interact with other dragons, though he tries his best. He needs time to bond with other dragons, trusting them takes even more time. But once one is befriended with this lad they can be sure to have a life-time friend, ready to protect them. He has an exceptional long-term memory and rarely forgets anything, he is also very wise.
Interests: Cold, the more frigid, the better. Frozen food. Diamonds or light gems.
Dislikes: Male humans. Hot weather. Disrespectful young dragons.
Fears: Has a fear to forget. Afraid of never finding a life-partner. Afraid of slowly dying, example; really old age or bleeding to death.

General Appearance
Height: 38 ft from ground to shoulder
Scales: His scales are silvery white, very thick and triangle shaped with a sharp edge and they only seem cover his head, neck, tail and paws.
Eyes: Icy blue.
Appearance: Azrael isn't the largest of dragons but that doesn't make him a weak one. He is very compact and muscular, making him more strong than fast. While his head, neck, paws and tail are covered with thick and sharp edged scales his body is not. His body on the other hand is covered with a layer of a very thick leathery skin. With a hide as pale as snow and a pair of stunning blue eyes its clear that this male was born a Ice dragon.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Wonderful long-term memory. Powerful ice breath. He can climb ice cliffs with ease.
Special Abilities: His icy breath can freeze anything smaller than himself solid in an instant. Anything bigger might be a bit of problem, if lucky enough he might be able to freeze body parts. Some dragons might be capable to withstand this attack (FW and IW).
Weaknesses: Heat. Slow and not very agile. Being an older dragon he grows tired sooner than the younger ones of his kind
Combat Style: Azrael doesn't really has a specific fight style. However, being a slow and not such a agile flyer Azrael is forced to stay on the ground, making him use his strength and powerful freeze breath and claws.

Background

History: Unlike most dragon couples Azrael's parents weren't really concerned with their young. Of course, they did their best to bury their eggs somewhere safe but that was pretty much it. Just like their parents before them Azrael's parents did the same, knowing that this way only the strongest would survive. Out of the fifteen eggs only two had survived but just barely. A predator did himself good on the Ice dragon eggs but just before he could eat them all two human beings appeared, a brother and sister, they managed to kill the predator and saved the two remaining eggs. They brought the eggs back to their tribe and with permission of their leader and parents they would raise the dragons. The brothers grew up not knowing better than having humans around, they were friends and family to them. Most that Azrael knows today he learned from his rider, Sinead. She learned him how to hunt, to fish, to fight and even how to fly.

For decades Azrael and Adiemus lived with the human from the tribe, protecting them. After one of their riders had died the brother's would chose a new one, while Adiemus switched between families Azrael only had riders out the Calder family.

During a flight the village got raided. A rival tribe killed most of the villagers were killed and those who managed to escape froze to death in search of a new home not much later for they had nothing to keep themselves warm. After the dragons and their riders returned they discovered the horrible scene.. The four of them were forced to survive on their own and they did so for seven years before the two riders got killed aswell. Azrael always blamed himself for their deaths for he was the one coming with the idea to hunt without them. After that the brothers split up, looking for a chance.. a new life.

Alright, so you need to be more detailed with your ability and it should have some limitations. For example, with you only being 38ft, you wouldn't be able to easily freeze an opponent who was, say 100ft. A FireWing would be able to resist this better than another species, as would another IceWing. You should also have some weakness related to your ability, such as losing energy after using it or having some limit as to how many times you can use it in any given period of time.
