Frostbite the Ice Fang

GUYS. THIS IS PHANTOM 
JUST MAKING ANOTHER CHARACTER ^^
Personal Info
Name: Frostbite
Nickname: Ice Fang
Age: 224 human years
Gender: Female
Personality: She has a happy-go-lucky attitude, and loves to have fun and is quick-witted and cheeky. She has a mischievous attitude, and is a major prankster, however, when Frostbite needs to defend herself, she does not hold back. Nothing can stop her at playing her pranks, not even the Queen. Frostbite is a major rebel, and will rarely ever listen to orders, and prefers to do things her own way.
Interests: She loves to have fun, with her happy-go-lucky attitude. She also loves to play pranks. She also likes battling it out with Viper.
Dislikes: The fire, or anything hot. Also, stupid dragons who think they're the best, and stuck up dragons, mainly.
Fears: Being an ice dragon, fire is her main fear. She hates the desert, and other places like that.
General Appearance
Height: 40 ft
Scales: Blue-white, overlapping, and spiky like ice
Eyes: An icy-blue, almost white
Appearance: A lithe, icy-blue dragon with eyes that are almost white. She has a long whip-like tail that end in a trident-like shape. She wears white armor almost all the time, and carry a pair of sai on a belt around her waist. Around her head lie a crown of jagged white horns, that continue down her back.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: She's a smart dragon, and can come up with strategies quickly, mostly when in danger. She's also very light and fast, not as fast as a SkyWing, though.
Special Abilities: She can transform any part of her body (preferably limbs) into an ice weapon, either a blade, an axe, or razor-sharp claws, that can freeze anything it touches, even fire, if she uses enough of her power.
Weaknesses: Fire, and anything hot
Combat Style: She's mostly close-ranged, using her speed to attack quickly, and then dart away, then attack again

Besides, she's just smaller-than-average for an ICEWING. Not as tiny as you, Astral, or Kokoro, though.
